Cordes' extensive consulting leadership spans over two decades with premier consulting firms in their space. Prior to joining CareerBuilder.com, Cordes served as the president of Human Capital Results, a successful and profitable full-service human resource and talent acquisition consulting firm. Cordes was also a principal with IBM Consulting Group and led the worldwide Enterprise Transformation practice, a consulting practice focused on human resources, organizational effectiveness and strategy, at James Martin & Co. In addition, Cordes has held senior human resources, recruiting and executive management positions with IBM Corporation, Xpedior Inc., Apropos Technology Inc. and NCI.
